We are currently seeking a dynamic a CTR Coordinator to join the team in San Diego.
GenomeDx Innovator Profile
The CTR Clerk’s primary responsibility is to provide accurate tracking and submission of the Decipher® Certification and Training Registry (CTR). This individual must work closely with the GenomeDx sales, marketing, billing, compliance, ancillary departments and supervisory personnel to employ a team approach.

What you are great at doing:
Generate, distribute and collect monthly/quarterly client letters and CTR forms
Work cross functionally within departments to compile and maintain CTR documentation per Decipher LCD
Submit documentation to Compliance Officer per LCD requirements on a routine basis
Enter any missing CTR information into Laboratory Information System (LIS)
Generate and distribute month/quarterly reports related to number of physician in our Decipher CTR program; how many physicians have completed training; number of patients with adverse events and any other requested reports
Communicate status updates or issues regarding CTR with sales team
Provide management team monthly updates
Performs all other assigned duties as directed by supervisor
What you need to be successful:
Must be detail oriented
Type 50+ WPM
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of testing, operations, sales strategies and customer support philosophies.
Ability to navigate efficiently through, or have familiarity with, various laboratory information systems (LIS) and have high proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)
Independently handle routine transactions, makes decisions and resolves routine problems by working directly with sale reps, medical team, operations team and clients.
Experience in medical billing, reimbursement and familiarity with CMS
Successful track record of collaboration with others to solve difficult problems and drive business improvement
